    Job Overview:

    This position involves handling customer inquiries across multiple channels and driving sales through upselling while ensuring customer satisfaction.


    Key Responsibilities:

    - Address customer inquiries on phone, WhatsApp, and social media.

    - Process and confirm product orders.

    - Resolve customer complaints promptly.

    - Identify and promote trending products.

    - Upsell and cross-sell during interactions.

    - Monitor and manage social media comments.

    - Collaborate with sales and warehouse teams for order fulfillment.


    Requirements:

    - 1–3 years of customer service experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail.

    - Strong social media management skills (Instagram-focused).

    - Sales-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.

    - Experience with CRM tools.

    - Ability to multitask in a dynamic environment.
