Velocity Auto Care, in partnership with Franchise Equity Partners, was established in November 2024 with the acquisition of 38 Valvoline Instant Oil Change franchise centers. Over the next seven years, we plan to build and/or acquire another 70+ centers throughout the Austin, San Antonio, El Paso, and West Texas markets.
