TRILLAT AVOCATS is an independent law firm founded in 2015 by Antoine TRILLAT.

Our firm is located in the 17th district of Paris.

We act in art market law, intellectual property law, business law, corporate law and contract law.

We mainly advise collectors, gallery owners, dealers and artists in order to help them formalize their operations in the best possible way (sale of works of art to private individuals or public institutions, contracts between gallery and artist, contractual organization of exhibitions, international loan of works of art, collection management contract, etc.).

We also practice in the field of banking and finance, particularly in the areas of securitization, asset-backed financing, debt funds, bond issues and financial restructurings, with particular expertise in the following asset classes : corporate, real estate and private equity.
