Retail Apparel and Fashion
SIRPLUS crafts contemporary menswear from quality fabrics, including surplus with a focus on British craftsmanship. With a London led design team, championing sustainability and style, founder Henry Hales has forged a menswear collection through upcycling offcuts and surplus fabric from factories and tailors, reimagining classic garments in a more contemporary and luxury guise.
Founded in 2010, Henry made an interesting discovery while plotting to take over the men’s underwear market: Savile Row and Jermyn Street shirt-makers often ended up with a surplus of fabric that would otherwise go to waste. Enough fabric to make some seriously good boxers and so, SIRPLUS was born.
Over the last ten years, SIRPLUS has grown from a market stall to multiple central London locations. Still making boxer shorts from fabric offcuts to a full range of functional wardrobe staples to wear over the underwear that started the brand, all with a constant connection to our roots in surplus fabric. SIRPLUS designs with a vision of your clothes lasting longer, being worn more often and a considered approach to fashion and production.
