Established in 2009, RieLes Group began proposal development and project management consulting with small businesses needing bandwidth on government contracts. Gradually, RieLes began offering business development to their small business clients on projects they managed. The goal was to assist our clients in strategically engaging and sustaining top talent.

We provide our clients with comprehensive expertise to address their staffing needs successfully.
