Lionsmark Investment Group, LLC (“Lionsmark”) is a real estate investment & development firm that aims to deliver outsized returns with a focus on asymmetric risk, “boots on the ground” sourcing channels and strategic value-add.

We have successfully invested across the risk/return spectrum from acquistions to development. Today, our portfolio consists of workforce & affordable housing, market rate multifamily and industrial assets with a focus on Texas and the Southeastern U.S.

Lionsmark was founded in 2016 by Mark Barineau after a 21-year career as an owner of Radney Management & Investment, Inc. (“RMI”), a vertically integrated real estate investment firm specializing in the acquisition and development of workforce and affordable housing assets across the United States. Mark played an instrumental role in scaling the company and grew its portfolio to over 2,800 units at its peak. Based in Houston, TX, Lionsmark’s Managing Partners have transacted on over $250M in assets and deployed over $75M in equity across 20+ transactions (3,000+ units).
