LifeLong Medical Care provides high-quality care with compassion. Our Federally Qualified Community Health Center serves more than 66,000 individuals of all ages in Alameda, Contra Costa, and Marin Counties each year with medical, dental and/or social services.
LifeLong has been serving the community for more than 40 years. We welcome all, regardless of the ability to pay or immigration status.
