A specialist independent school which engages young people with complex needs in learning, inspiring them to achieve and nurture towards becoming successful adults.
Future Education work with young people aged 13-16 that have been excluded from mainstream education and require specialist teaching, facilities, resources and support.
The school provides a broad and balanced academic, personal and vocational education for pupils with Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs and/or other Special Educational Needs and Disabilities.
The school utilises the ‘Secure Base’ model developed by the University of East Anglia, combining academic learning and therapeutic care to build emotional resilience. Learning is highly individualised and catered to the needs of each pupil, providing maximum opportunity to re-engage with education and build the skills needed to move forward in their lives.
Based in Norwich, the school accepts up to 44 pupils from across Norfolk and Suffolk and provides a range of additional services and support in education, training, outreach and family support.
