Dubai Healthcare City Authority, the governing body of the Dubai Healthcare City free zone, was established in May 2011 by HH Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice-President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, to position the free zone as the preferred global health and wellness destination.
