Rice Robotics is a commercial robotics startup based in Hong Kong, which was founded in 2020 by a group of young entrepreneurs from UC Berkeley and CUHK. Our impressive list of major investors includes renowned names across Asia, such as Alibaba and New World Development. With our dedication and innovation, we have successfully established a strong presence in the Japanese market, making us the only local startup to achieve this milestone.
Over the past three years, we have accomplished an impressive number of 500 deployments across Hong Kong and Japan. Our robots are currently serving in prestigious locations like K11 Musea and the SoftBank Headquarters, solidifying our reputation as a trusted provider of cutting-edge robotics solutions.
What sets us apart from other local robotics companies is our ownership of an advanced research and development facility, as well as a state-of-the-art manufacturing site located in the heart of Hong Kong. We take pride in welcoming elite students to visit our facilities, providing them with the opportunity to explore the next frontier of technology alongside our talented team of robotics engineers.
In line with our commitment to fostering the future generation of innovators, we are thrilled to introduce Campus X, an elite program set to launch in 2024. Leveraging Rice Robotics's remarkable success and expertise in bringing innovative products to life, Campus X aims to train children to think like scientists, create like engineers, and embrace design thinking principles. Our ultimate goal is to inspire and empower these young minds to become the next generation of visionary leaders, following in the footsteps of trailblazers like Elon Musk.
