blackolive advisors GmbH is a company specialising in real estate consulting and real estate brokerage and a member of the German Property Partners Network (GPP).

Our service covers all questions concerning the use and exploitation of office and commercial space. On the one hand, the focus is on supporting users, existing tenants and prospective tenants of office space and commercial properties with regard to finding space or renewing contracts in existing buildings, and on the other hand on supporting real estate investors or project developers with regard to letting and marketing or buying and selling such space and properties.

German Property Partners is a nationwide association of real estate service providers from the commercial segment. As a partner, we can serve not only the Frankfurt market but also the other major German cities. German Property Partners consists of 5 partners and thus has 400 real estate specialists and covers the cities of Hamburg, Berlin, Düsseldorf, Stuttgart, Munich, Cologne/Bonn and Frankfurt.
