Craftsmanship / Service

Our products are hand-cut by highly skilled butchers applying the same artisanal standards pioneered by the neighborhood butcher. The result is perfectly trimmed, consistently cut steaks and chops beyond compare, resulting in exceptional yields, flavor, and texture.

Sourcing

Allen Brothers sets the bar for excellence in the industry through our scrutinous sourcing standards. We procure top-tier USDA Choice, USDA Prime, and Wagyu beef from the finest producers worldwide. Since 1893, we’ve cultivated strong ties with generations of cattlemen and producers.

Our USDA Prime and Upper 2/3 USDA Choice beef is sourced from only a few select producers in the Midwest. Cattle are raised on small family farms usually within 250 miles from each of the plants. This helps mitigate long travel for the animals which ensures a low stress environment and ultimately a better quality product.
