You should possess good communication and collaboration skills, as well as a willingness to learn about product calculations, service descriptions, and process documentation. Experience in Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) practices is beneficial.

What You Do
- Manage a part of the CMDB in ServiceNow
- Ensure quality assurance and data consistency to support the stable functioning of the service
- Create and distribute reports
- Support the ordering of hardware around the globe to facilitate the onboarding of new sites
- Handle stakeholder requests
- Communicate with customers
- Analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Accurate, reliable, and independent way of working
- Strong communication skills in English (oral and written; German optional)
- Customer-oriented and agile mindset
- Team player with Microsoft Office knowledge (Excel)
- Studies in business management, financial management, or IT-related fields preferred, or equivalent experience
- Basic understanding of network infrastructure preferred
