    Are you a cloud systems expert ready to shape the future of IT infrastructure? Join CCMC as we embark on a journey to modernize our technology landscape. This role will focus on designing scalable, secure, and cost-effective systems to support our growth and evolving operational needs.

    What You’ll Accomplish

    • Lead the migration of legacy systems, including end-of-life (EOL) hardware and the Village Management System (VMS), to cloud-native and web-based platforms (AWS/Azure).

    • Develop and implement a scalable cloud arcitecture to support business applications and future growth.

    • Collaborate with key stakeholders to align IT infrastructure with business objectives and ensure seamless operations.

    • Design and execute data migration strategies from on-premises systems to cloud infrastructure, ensuring data integrity and minimal disruption.

    • Assist in the assessment and potential modernization of SolarWinds to enhance system visibility and operational efficiency.

    • Establish governance frameworks and ensure compliance with security standards.

    • Act as an escalation point for tier 2/3 support, resolving complex system issues and maintaining system reliability.

    Essential Duties

    • Windows Server Administration: Serve as the primary administrator for the Windows server environment, including Hyper-V management, ensuring system reliability and performance.

    • Cloud Migration & Architecture: Engineer hybrid cloud solutions, balancing on-premises and cloud environments to meet performance, scalability, and security requirements. Lead the transition from on-premises solutions to cloud infrastructure (AWS, Azure).

    • Infrastructure Modernization: Plan and execute the decommissioning of legacy hardware, including Dell servers, ensuring business continuity through robust Disaster Recovery (DR) and Business Continuity Plans (BCP).

    • Data Migration: Design and manage data migration projects, ensuring smooth transitions from on-premises systems to cloud-based infrastructure.

    • Systems Support: Support modernization of ERP systems

    • Office 365 & Collaboration Tools: Maintain and optimize Office 365 services, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration across the organization.

    • Monitoring & Automation: Oversee the implementation of monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds) to enhance system visibility and ensure proactive issue resolution.

    • Network Management: Provide support for Dell switches and Ubiquiti wireless systems, ensuring reliability and optimal performance of the network environment.

    • Security & Compliance: Drive implementation of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA), identity access management, and endpoint security measures. Maintain compliance with industry security standards.

    • Vendor Management: Collaborate with third-party vendors and service providers to evaluate and implement new technologies, negotiate contracts, and manage ongoing relationships.

    • Help Desk Systems: Oversee the migration and modernization of Help Desk systems to align with organizational growth and support needs.

    What We’re Looking For

    • Experience: Minimum of 8 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud architecture, and systems administration, with a strong background in cloud migration and modernization projects.

    • Technical Expertise: Proven experience with AWS, Azure, and Office 365 platforms. Strong understanding of server virtualization, storage optimization, and hybrid cloud solutions.

    • Network Skills: Familiarity with Dell switches and Ubiquiti wireless systems. Network administration experience is a plus.

    • Data Migration: Demonstrated experience managing data migrations from on-premises systems to cloud environments.

    • Security Focus: In-depth knowledge of MFA, identity access management, and endpoint security measures.

    • Tool Knowledge: Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds and migrating or modernizing Help Desk systems.

    • Project Management: Strong project management skills, with the ability to lead complex initiatives from planning through execution.

    • Collaboration: Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with a track record of working cross-functionally to align IT with business goals.

    Physical Requirements

    • Work may be undertaken in both office and field environments.

    • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.

    • Availability to respond to after-hours emergencies as necessary.
