We're a growing jewelry + fashion brand with both a retail store and e-commerce presence. Our style is fun, trendy, and creative and we're looking for a Marketing & Social Media Manager to help us grow our online presence and connect with our audience in fresh, exciting ways. This role blends creativity and analytics with hands-on ownership of social, email, e-commerce, and customer experience across all platforms. You’ll execute social campaigns, plan and create content, manage influencer outreach, direct email marketing, and oversee Shopify e-commerce operations—driving growth through storytelling, strong visuals, and community connection.
Key Responsibilities:
Social Media & Content Creation
- Develop and manage a social media strategy aligned with brand tone, marketing goals, and seasonal priorities
- Create and manage a monthly content calendar
- Design and produce daily content (graphics, Reels, Stories, carousels, photos)
- Plan, direct, and assist in content shoots; create mood boards and concepts
- Write captions, choose hashtags, and maintain brand voice across platforms
- Engage with followers: respond to DMs, comments, and mentions in real-time
- Monitor social performance and adjust strategy based on analytics
Influencer & Partnership Management
- Identify, contact, and manage influencers, UGC creators, and brand collaborators
- Coordinate product gifting, brand campaigns, and partnerships
- Track performance of influencer content and campaign ROI
Marketing Strategy
- Concept and launch seasonal campaigns across email, web, social, and retail
- Manage email marketing in Klaviyo: build automations, campaigns, and audience segments
- Collaborate with the design and retail teams for cohesive messaging
- Oversee paid ad efforts across Meta, Google, and TikTok (with support or agency as needed)
- Analyze digital metrics (traffic, conversions, engagement, sales attribution)
E-commerce & Customer Experience (Shopify)
- Manage the Shopify website: upload new products, update content and layout
- Print, package, and ship online orders; plug in tracking info
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone/email and resolve issues professionally
- Track and manage inventory on Shopify; coordinate with retail/wholesale teams
Qualifications:
- 2–5 years experience in social media, content creation, or brand marketing (retail/fashion/jewelry experience a plus)
- Strong writing skills (especially for captions, email, product copy)
- Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, Adobe Suite, or similar creative tools
- Experience managing Shopify (product uploads, layout, orders, inventory)
- Hands-on experience with Klaviyo or similar email platforms
- Understanding of influencer marketing, paid ads, and social analytics
- Comfortable on set or in-studio during shoots (styling or creative direction a bonus)
- Highly organized and self-motivated; thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
