Key Responsibilities:
• Own and manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, qualifying, presenting, negotiating, and closing.
• Generate your own leads through outbound outreach, networking, and strategic prospecting.
• Identify and pursue opportunities primarily in SMB and Mid-Market segments.
• Position and sell IT consulting services with a focus on Microsoft Fabric and Test Automation using
Testim by Tricentis.
• Build strong relationships with decision-makers and influencers at target accounts.
• Leverage available SDR support, marketing assets, and technical presales resources.
• Maintain disciplined CRM hygiene, pipeline management, and forecasting accuracy.
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and onboarding of new clients.
Key Qualifications:
• Relevant experience selling IT consulting or professional services (preferably in Data, Cloud, or Test
Automation domains).
• Hunter mentality — driven to seek out and win new business.
• Strong consultative selling skills — able to uncover business needs and craft solutions.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Familiarity with the Microsoft ecosystem (Microsoft Fabric knowledge is a plus).
• Ability to work independently, set priorities, and manage a nationwide territory.
• Curious and tech-savvy — quick to learn and speak credibly about technology solutions.
• Resilient and persistent — comfortable with a high-volume outreach and long sales cycles.
• Strong relationship-building and account qualification skills.
• Process-driven mindset with discipline in pipeline management and follow-ups
