Role DescriptionWe are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Customer Success Specialist to join our team. This full-time, hybrid role combines sales expertise with exceptional customer service skills. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, ensuring customer satisfaction, and acting as the first point of contact for our clients, both online and offline.Key responsibilities include:• Building and maintaining strong client relationships, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions.• Managing online and offline inquiries via WhatsApp Business, email, and other chat platforms.• Meeting and exceeding sales targets by promoting our academy's programs and services.• Collaborating with the team to plan and execute events and campaigns.• Handling customer feedback with professionalism to ensure satisfaction and retention.• Regularly analyzing sales performance and customer satisfaction metrics, identifying areas for improvement.This position is based in Dubai with some flexibility for remote work. Qualifications• Proven experience in sales and customer service, both online and offline.• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.• Proficiency in WhatsApp Business and other chat applications.• Excellent problem-solving and negotiation skills.• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.• Well-mannered, articulate, and professional demeanor. Preferred Qualifications:• A degree in Marketing or a related field.• Familiarity with the UAE market, particularly in the sports and fitness industry.• Experience with event planning and coordination.• Passion for sports is a plus!
