Who We’re Looking For:
A team player with a genuine love for working with young children.
Minimum 1 year of experience in early childhood education.
Fluent in English (Bilingual in Spanish? Big Plus!).
Completed or in the process of completing 45 hours of ELC training.
CPR / First Aid Certified (or willing to obtain).
CDA, Associate, or Bachelor’s in Education? Awesome! (Not required, but preferred).
Your Role:
Assist the Lead Teacher in delivering engaging, hands-on activities.
Help document children’s progress and maintain communication with parents.
Foster a safe, fun, and nurturing classroom environment.
Support classroom management, organization, and daily routines.
Collaborate with an international network of educators to implement innovative teaching strategies!
