The Onsite Workplace Specialist is responsible for ensuring seamless, efficient, and engaging workplace experience for employees. This role involves managing office operations, optimizing workplace resources, and providing on-the-ground support to enhance productivity and employee satisfaction.
Role And Responsibilities
- Diagnosis of hardware and software issues at the workstation
- Maintenance of equipment and peripherals
- Installation of equipment, boards, and projectors
- Inventory of equipment in the corporate tool
- System updates and patch management
- Backup and recovery of data
- Configuration and troubleshooting of network connections
- User training and support for software applications
- Monitoring and responding to security incidents
- Daily logging in Device42 and Jira, stock management (receipt,delivery and traceability), equipment incidents support and standard technical support
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills, with the ability to multitask effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to collaborate with employees and vendors
- Proficiency in workplace technologies and facility management tools
- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic work environment
