Associate Internal Events Producer, you will:Assist
- in the planning and execution of various internal events, including product engagement events, hackathons, internal playtests, and esports watch parties.Manage
- logistics such as food & beverage, registration, transportation, decor, live production, and more.Suppor
- t our client's internal tournaments, overseeing registration, matchmaking, bracket building, rules, and communication.Mainta
- in key program and event communication channels.Manage
- production and execution timelines, milestones, and tasks, ensuring all deliverables and deadlines are met.Collab
- orate with leads and stakeholders to align around the desired end result.Serve
- as an on-site event coordinator, vendor liaison, troubleshooter, and logistics manager as necessary.The id
eal candidate is a proactive, positive, and creative problem solver with strong interpersonal and communication skills. You should be able to work under pressure, make informed decisions in alignment with company policies and culture, and have a strong working knowledge of event production or program management. You should be a highly collaborative and flexible team player, willing to take the lead or support as needed. Candidates should be based in the Los Angeles area and able to work from our client's location or travel as needed.
