    Marketing Executive, EMENA – Pharmaceuticals

    Role: Full-time, permanent

    Location: Stockley Park, London

    Salary: Competitive + bonus + benefits


    The Role:

    We’re seeking a well-organised and meticulous Marketing Executive to support the smooth running of our EMENA Marketing and Speciality Brand teams. Working closely with colleagues in both teams, you’ll help prepare relevant marketing materials, including sales materials and slide decks to support product training, and take a key role in arranging congresses, meetings and marketing events. You’ll liaise with our selected Agencies to ensure work is delivered accurately and to deadline, direct supplier proposals to the relevant area of the department and manage any invoice processes, as required. To ensure current marketing materials are maintained, you’ll manage the update of our marketing documentation and applications (including brand guidelines, SharePoint databases and relevant European website information) and oversee the storage, stock levels and distribution of our marketing material inventory, ensuring we’re ready to respond to any required activity at any time and be able to provide information and materials to support affiliate requests. In addition, you’ll have the opportunity to act as our main point of contact with our Speciality Brands team in India.


    The Person:

    • Experience in a similar marketing or commercial role / placement, with good customer service skills; some understanding of the healthcare / pharmaceutical industry beneficial.
    • Strong organisation skills with the ability to proactively manage multiple projects and priorities to meet frequently changeable deadlines in a busy work environment.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: able to liaise with all levels of authority, navigate cultural differences and work collaboratively across cross-functional teams.
    • Analytical mindset balanced with a creative outlook.
    • Good IT skills in Microsoft Office (including Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint), and able to learn new systems quickly.
    • Proactive self-starter – arrives with solutions, keen to maximise opportunities and motivated to expand your knowledge to deliver results, as an individual or part of a team.
    • Good level of written and spoken English.
    • A degree-level qualification in a business administration or marketing subject.
