The Maintenance Manager is the direct point of contact for providing expertise and hands-on leadership to the maintenance staff while ensuring the care-taking, repair, and/or replacement of company assets. This role will also be responsible for driving continuous improvement projects and supporting operations while coordinating with multi-disciplinary teams to first in class efficiency, the highest of quality production on behalf of our customer needs. You’ll be managing a team of 20-25 people per shift (10-15 technicians and 2-3 supervisors).

Responsibilities of the Maintenance Manager:
- Lead by example while providing oversight of department KPIs and Operational improvements.
- Oversee the complete safety program including implementation of company initiatives, while using industry best practices to keep all employees safe.
- Develop and lead a complete maintenance program that includes both short- and long-term strategies to provide an efficient and driven environment.
- Provide leadership and oversight of the accountability performance measurables that include team management, attendance management, output measurement and scheduling supervision.
- Be first in line to manage machinery needs such as scheduled shutdowns, project launches, and/or repairs on major equipment.
- Be a natural team leader with a can-do attitude that builds a positive working culture around you.
Qualifications of the Maintenance Manager:
- Ideal candidate will come with at least 3-5 years within a corrugated container facility.
- Candidate will need at minimum 5-7 years of supervisory experience within the manufacturing sector, with highest preference within the corrugate sector.
- Hands on maintenance of BHS machinery is a must!
