As a Logistics Administrator, you will:
- Coordinate shipments from Europe to Dubai and international project locations
- Handle shipping documents, booking, customs clearance, and final delivery
- Track orders and provide real-time updates to Sales, Procurement, and Warehouse teams
- Ensure all documentation is complete, archived, and audit-ready
- Work closely with the Logistics Coordinator to keep operations running smoothly
Qualifications
- 2+ years experience with international shipments. Europe to UAE experience mandatory.
- Knowledge of Incoterms, shipping documents, and customs procedures
- Strong Excel and organizational skills
- A proactive mindset with attention to detail and structure
