DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include, but are not limited to:Provide excellent client support, including gathering documents, preparing correspondence, and maintaining effective communicationPrepare correspondence and gather necessary client information for immigration applicationsDraft immigration applications for team and client reviewCross-train in reception and invoicing to support team operations when needed.Respond to telephone, email, and in-person enquiries and arrange consultationsPerform clerical duties, such as mail processing, word processing, form filling, scanning and photocopying, and precise electronic document labelling and filing.Strictly maintain calendaring of general office deadlines, important dates, and BF system
