We are seeking a skilled Junior professional to design, develop, and maintain reporting, tracking, and management tools that serve division-wide needs. This role requires expertise in Microsoft tools, including but not limited to Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint, to create efficient, data-driven solutions that meet customer requirements.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain Power BI dashboards and reports to provide insightful analytics.
- Automate workflows and processes using Power Automate to enhance operational efficiency.
- Manage and customize SharePoint sites to support collaboration and document management.
- Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Ensure data integrity, security, and accessibility across reporting and automation tools.
- Provide training and support to users on Microsoft tools and solutions.
- Stay updated on the latest Microsoft technologies to continuously improve division-wide tools.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, Power Automate, and SharePoint.
- Experience in data visualization, automation, and workflow optimization.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively with different teams and stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Experience with additional Microsoft 365 tools such as Excel, Teams, and Power Apps.
- Knowledge of SQL, DAX, or other data-related languages.
- Previous experience in reporting, business intelligence, or process automation.
- Must be a US citizen
- Active Secret Clearance
- Experience working within a DoD setting
