We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to provide technical support to our employees. The IT Technician will be responsible for maintaining our computer systems, troubleshooting technical issues, and ensuring that our technology infrastructure is up-to-date and running smoothly.

Requirements:- High School, GED, or Trade School Equivalency
- Proven experience as an IT Technician or similar role
- Strong technical knowledge of computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely solutions
- Diploma or degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field- preferred
- 1-3 years Field-of-Expertise: Hands-on technical work experience in IT support or related field.
- CompTIA A+, Network+, or equivalent certifications preferred.
- Reliable transportation is required
Supervisory Responsibility
This position does not serve in a supervisory role.
Position Type/Expected Hours of Work
This is a full-time position that requires a physical onsite presence and a minimum of 40 scheduled hours per week. Unless otherwise specified, days and hours of work are Monday through Friday, 8am to 4pm. Evening and weekend work may be required as special projects or job duties demand. Any scheduling variations must be approved in advance by the direct supervisor.
Travel
This position requires a frequent amount of travel as an IT Technician will be expected but not limited to travel between all locations.
Work Authorization/Security Clearance
This position requires Field related certifications and additional internal program specific certification(s) as a condition of hire and continued employment.
Compensation details: 22-25 Hourly Wage
