    As a member of BakerRipley's Internship program, you will join an incredibly talented and hardworking department dedicated to advance BakerRipley's impact in the Houston region. Reporting to the Community Impact & Vitality (CIV) Department to support data strategy and impact and other duties as assigned. The CIV Intern is a pro-active and resourceful team member, who will assist in their assigned project(s) to support the team. This position will provide project-specific support and collaborate regularly with CIV team members. Members of the CIV team will coach and provide the intern with valuable experiences, transforming the intern’s experience base and moving them towards job-readiness. Job Functions • Support program integration, data analysis, and/or agency-wide strategy projects, as determined by CIV team • Participate in CIV meetings and BakerRipley events • Collaborate with CIV and project teams, including proactive communication • Support with administrative tasks as needed • Conduct timely follow-up on assigned tasks • Volunteer time with other BakerRipley teams Qualifications Education Required Some college High School Experience Required Current College student or Bachelor’s degree in any field.
