JOB OVERVIEW
This person will be developing a software platform enabling access to molecular diagnostic testing everywhere.
This position is part of the Software Engineering Group of 7 software Engineers
Will join an ongoing project with 3-weeks long Sprints
The project is modernization of already existing code with 10% new development.
Work with requirements, and spend around 80% developing and 20% in meetings
Deliver quality products on time following Agile lean software development process.
Evaluate new technology/product ideas and develop them into new software features/products.
KNOWLEDGE, ABILITIES AND SKILLS
Well versed and current in software development technologies including both frontend and backend framework:
- 3+ years of related work experience
- Strong frontend and backend software development experience using the following languages, framework and tools in application development, Java / Angular / Typescript / Spring / Hibernate / MS SQL
- Jira
- Knowledge of hardware and software integration and testing is a plus.
- Willing to learn new concepts, technologies, products, and tools.
PREFERRED
- Prior experience in software development in regulated industry such as medical devices.
- Gradle/Jenkins experience is a nice to have.
