Performs a variety of tasks associated with inventory, i.e., ordering, receiving and storage. Ensures all products are rotated per FIFO standards and that all stored products are within expiration dates. Assists with special functions as needed. Maintains disaster supplies at specified levels at all times and ensures that all products are rotated and within expiration dates. Will need to operate the designated Food Service Van to pick up orders from Sysco, deliver stock to offsite PIH locations, and deliver product to Jazzman’s Café.

Required Skills
- Able to take physical inventory using fractions and multiples.
- Able to use computer assisted ordering/inventory systems.
- Able to use the telephone, fax machine, and computer to transmit orders to vendors.
- Above average organizational skills.
- Above average time management skills.
- High School diploma or GED required.
- Must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
- Must be able to do basic mathematics with and without a calculator.
- Minimum 6 months experience as a stock clerk required.
- Previous food service experience preferred.
