Position Overview:
We are seeking an organized and motivated Field Sales Representative to actively engage with potential clients and referral partners. This role requires a self-starter with prior sales experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to effectively manage leads through face-to-face interactions. 90% of your time will be on the road, while 10% will be in your home office ensuring CRM software is up to date. The ideal candidate will be accountable, reliable, and proficient with CRM software like Monday.com* or similar tools.

Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with referral partners, including occupational therapists, social workers, hospitals, care homes, doctors, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals.
- Represent Just Like Family at community events, networking to increase brand awareness and generate new leads.
- Educate partners and potential clients on our home care services, clearly communicating how we can address their needs.
- Conduct in-home assessments, create personalized care plans, and manage leads through the sales pipeline.
- Maintain detailed and organized records of interactions, leads, and follow-up activities using Monday.com or other CRM software.
- Stay accountable to targets and deadlines, providing regular updates to management.
- Proven experience in sales or face-to-face marketing, with a preference for healthcare industry experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
- Familiarity with CRM systems like Monday.com or other similar software (asset).
- Proficient in using computer systems for tracking and documentation.
- A valid driver's license and access to a reliable vehicle (required).
