- Responsible for planning, executing, and scaling employee engagement experiences across North America, with a focus on in-office activations and culture-building events.
- Oversees all aspects of programming related to employee connection and fun, including recurring experiences like Collaboration Thursdays, and regional engagement initiatives.
- Supports the North America listening strategy by translating employee feedback into meaningful, high-impact moments that reflect our values and brand. Familiar with employee culture trends, workplace inclusion practices, and hybrid engagement models.
- Relies on strong organizational and interpersonal skills to plan and deliver consistent, polished experiences that promote pride and connection. Performs a variety of tasks in collaboration with internal stakeholders across HR, Finance, Internal Communications, and site operations.
- Works under general supervision of Internal Communications Manager.
