Position Overview:
As a Digital Account Executive, you will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our clients, ensuring their digital marketing goals are achieved. You will be the main point of contact between the client and our internal teams, including creative, strategy, and technical teams. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, project management, and excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by delivering exceptional service and understanding client needs.
• Project Management: Oversee the execution of digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels (social media, SEO, PPC, content marketing, etc.), ensuring timelines and budgets are met.
• Strategy Development: Collaborate with clients and internal teams to develop effective digital strategies that align with clients' business objectives.
• Reporting & Analytics: Provide clients with regular performance reports, including insights and recommendations for optimization. Use analytics tools to track campaign effectiveness and ROI.
• Campaign Optimization: Continuously optimize campaigns by analyzing data and making data-driven decisions to improve performance.
• Client Communication: Serve as the day-to-day point of contact for clients, managing expectations, and proactively addressing concerns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, such as creative, media, and development, to ensure the timely delivery of projects and campaigns.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
• Proven experience (2+ years) in digital marketing or account management, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including social media, search engine marketing (SEM), SEO, email marketing, and content strategy.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and work cross-functionally with internal teams.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
• Proficiency with digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Google Ads, social media platforms, etc.).
• Experience with CRM systems and reporting tools is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
• Knowledge of web development and design processes.
• Experience with paid advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, etc.).
• Familiarity with email marketing platforms (Mailchimp, HubSpot, etc.).
