One of our clients in the Travel & Tourism industry is expanding into the Fashion sector (Shoes, Bags & Belts) and is urgently looking to hire a Customer Service Representative for their newly opened fashion store located in Ikeja Allen, Lagos.
The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for attending to walk-in customers, responding to online inquiries, processing orders, and driving online engagement. Since this is a new fashion store, 90% of the activities will be online-based, with a strong focus on creating content and managing social media presence.
• Attend to walk-in customers and ensure excellent customer experience.
• Handle online inquiries across WhatsApp, Instagram, and other social platforms.
• Process and confirm customer orders online and ensure timely delivery.
• Create engaging content around products (shoes, bags, belts) and post across social media platforms.
• Manage and grow the store’s social media accounts to increase brand awareness.
• Provide daily/weekly reports of sales and customer engagement activities.
• Location: Ikeja Allen, Lagos
• Working Days: Monday – Saturday (1 day off during the week)
• Working Hours: 8:00 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.
• Salary: ₦100,000 monthly
• Previous experience in customer service, sales, or fashion retail is an added advantage.
• Must stay or live close to Ikeja and it environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Social media savvy, with content creation skills.
• Must be organized, proactive, and customer-focused.
