Are you a great communicator who enjoys helping others and solving problems? We’re looking for a friendly and efficient Customer Service Representative to join our team in Singapore. You’ll be the voice of our company, providing top-tier support and building positive relationships with our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or live chat in a timely and professional manner
- Resolve issues, provide product/service information, and troubleshoot basic problems
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions in the CRM system
- Work closely with internal teams (e.g., logistics, technical support, sales) to resolve complex cases
- Process orders, returns, or account updates as needed
- Identify and escalate priority issues when necessary
- Contribute to improving customer service processes and customer experience
Requirements:
- Previous experience in customer service, support, or a client-facing role preferred
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English
- Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage challenging situations
- Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM systems, ticketing tools, and office software (e.g., MS Office, Google Workspace)
- A positive attitude, empathy, and a problem-solving mindset
- Multilingual skills (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil, etc.) are a plus
- Must be legally authorized to work in Singapore
