Overview
Due to business expansion needs, a regional corporate bank is seeking for an Associate - Corporate Banking to provide RM support the front office team to cover Corporate banking customers.
Responsibilities
- Support Relationship Managers to carry out customer transactions related activities including handle customer enquiries, manage loan, deposit, FX, customer onboarding, change of bank registration, KYC duties, etc.
- Liaise with relevant departments to process customer transactions in a timely manner
- Assist Relationship Managers (“RMs”) to explore and maintain good customer relationship & collect various information to support RMs to solicit new business opportunities
- Cross sell the Bank’s products & services e.g. expanding deal amount and spread of deposit, loan & FX
- Facilitate seamless end-to-end process of client onboarding and deal execution
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree, preferably in Business Administration, Finance or related disciplines
• 3-4 year(s)’ relevant experience in Corporate Banking
• Customer-oriented with strong service mindset, ability to understand and capture customer needs
• Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese
