We are seeking a skilled Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage commercial office interior projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while maintaining client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate all aspects of commercial office interior projects, from pre-construction to completion.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, subcontractors, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, quality, and compliance with safety standards.
- Resolve any issues or delays that arise during the construction process.
- Prepare and present project updates and reports to stakeholders and clients.
- Implement best practices in construction management and maintain a high standard of work.
- Ensure all necessary permits and regulations are adhered to throughout the project.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in commercial construction, specifically in office interiors.
- Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and regulations.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
