Psycle is looking for a passionate and creative
Community Marketing Executive
to join its marketing team. Reporting directly to the Senior Marketing Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we connect with our community. From driving local partnerships and in-studio marketing to engaging events and crafting email communications, you’ll be at the heart of our brand.
STUDIO MARKETING:
• Ownership of in-studio collateral: ensuring it's up-to-date, correctly displayed, regularly refreshed and in good condition.
• Conduct regular studio walkthroughs to ensure brand consistency, implementation of marketing activities and alignment with brand guidelines.
• Support in creating a best in class "in studio" experience, including briefing teams about upcoming marketing activities.
• Support the Marketing team to ideate and implement brand campaigns, reach business objectives and facilitate post-campaign reporting.
COMMUNITY EVENTS
• Ownership of community events, ensuring we have a consistent and comprehensive calendar across all studios.
• Plan and execute exclusive member-only events that elevate member experience and drive retention.
• Coordinate a regular schedule of partnership and collaboration classes to boost occupancy in targeted slots.
EMAIL MARKETING:
• Write and deliver weekly newsletters to promote community and studio marketing initiatives, including collating information from teams, writing content, briefing the digital team and testing.
• Support creation of ad-hoc and campaign emails.
CORPORATE & COMMUNITY NETWORK
• Manage all incoming private class requests including communications with booker, sourcing of instructor and invoicing.
• Account management of existing corporate and community partners.
• Proactive outreach to secure new corporate and community customers.
• Leverage private classes to drive registrations and acquire new customers through pre-class registration and post-class promotion.
MILESTONES & LOYALTY:
• Ownership of studio customer milestones, ensuring these are celebrated in a timely and meaningful way.
• Track customer milestones and ensure studios are equipped with relevant gifts.
• Manage loyalty communications to ensure customers feel valued, informed and engaged.
MERCH:
• Oversee Psycle’s own-brand merchandise, including sourcing, costing, design and distribution.
• Manage end-to-end fulfilment of both Psycle own-brand and third-party merchandise, including stock monitoring, forward planning and reporting.

• Excellent communication skills
• Confidence in managing multiple stakeholders
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Experience using Canva and Klaviyo desirable
• Experience in event planning and execution
• Passionate about health, fitness and wellness
• Flexible to work outside of regular office hours to support events and studio marketing.
• Working in our central London office four days a week (Monday to Thursday) is required.
