    Location: Retail Store

    Reports to: Store Manager, Assistant Manager, Shift Leader

    As a Sales Associate you are an integral part of your store's team in the areas of customer service, sales, store maintenance, cash procedures, replenishment, and safety. You will be a member of a team of dedicated people committed to creating a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for customers.

    Stuff You’ll Do

    • Act as a Kitchen Stuff Plus ambassador by professionally representing the store and the company
    • Build customer relationships by proving exceptional customer service
    • Follow the 5 Non-Negotiables of Productivity
    • Resolve and escalate customer matters as required
    • Maintain knowledge of product selection, location, features and benefits, and in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
    • Work in partnership with team members to achieve store goals
    • Complete cash transactions
    • Perform basic shipping and receiving procedures
    • Adhere to KSP’s Health and Safety Policy and Program
    • Perform other directives as assigned

    Stuff We Need From You

    • Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease
    • Lift up to 40lbs
    • Ladder use up to 10 feet
    • Stand/walk for 8 hours
    • Flexibility in scheduling including extended days, evenings and weekends
    • Work additional shifts during peak holiday season
