Location: Retail Store

Stuff You’ll Do
- Act as a Kitchen Stuff Plus ambassador by professionally representing the store and the company
- Build customer relationships by proving exceptional customer service
- Follow the 5 Non-Negotiables of Productivity
- Resolve and escalate customer matters as required
- Maintain knowledge of product selection, location, features and benefits, and in-store promotions and marketing initiatives
- Work in partnership with team members to achieve store goals
- Complete cash transactions
- Perform basic shipping and receiving procedures
- Adhere to KSP’s Health and Safety Policy and Program
- Perform other directives as assigned
- Computer skills; ability to learn technological systems with ease
- Lift up to 40lbs
- Ladder use up to 10 feet
- Stand/walk for 8 hours
- Flexibility in scheduling including extended days, evenings and weekends
- Work additional shifts during peak holiday season
