    If you're a software engineer who thrives on innovation and can't stand outdated coding methods, we have an opportunity tailored for you. Here, you won't just write code; you'll craft AI-powered systems that redefine engineering efficiency. Intrigued? Read on.

    While many teams cling to traditional coding practices, Trilogy leads the charge in AI-driven development. We integrate AI into every phase—ideation, debugging, optimization—transforming the software lifecycle into a seamless, high-speed operation. Our mission is to cut waste, boost speed, and build with unmatched precision.

    Join us to transform existing B2B products into cloud-native powerhouses, enhanced with AI at every level. You'll work on AI-driven features, utilize cutting-edge RAG for defect detection, and ensure flawless releases. If you're here to debate architecture for weeks, this isn't your gig.

    Ready to push AI-driven software to new heights and advance your career in cloud-native development? Apply now. If you're content with the status quo, manual test cases, and teams wary of automation, this isn't your path.

    What You Will Be Doing

    • Utilize analysis tools and RAG vector stores to pinpoint and resolve product defects.
    • Employ AI development agents to design, develop, and deploy groundbreaking features for cloud-native applications.
    • Work with a global team to deliver top-tier enterprise solutions.

    What You Won’t Be Doing

    • No Routine Monotony: Say goodbye to burdensome infrastructure tasks; focus on innovating solutions.
    • No Endless Meetings: We prioritize coding over meetings—more development, less discussion.

    Back End Developer Key Responsibilities

    • Develop AI-driven features that streamline workflows and empower service providers with cutting-edge tools.

    Basic Requirements

    • AI-First Mindset (if you prioritize coding before AI tool integration, this isn't for you)
    • 4+ years of software development experience with a focus on server-side web applications
    • Proven experience with cloud-native or serverless architectures, particularly on AWS
    • Professional use of GenAI code assistants (e.g., Github Copilot, Cursor.sh, v0.dev)
    • Successful implementation of Generative AI solutions with significant quantitative results

    ~~~
    𝑵𝒐𝒕𝒆: Crossover jobs are are fully compliant with LinkedIn's policies, as well as the applicable laws in every country where we advertise.
    Allow us to clarify some common misconceptions:
    1) The reason we post so many job ads is because LinkedIn organizes all job postings by location. So, the only way to reach candidates all over the world is to post multiple ads in every city you want to hire from. Most recruiters don't bother because it's too time consuming... but we're not most recruiters.
    2) We mostly recruit independent contractors, not employees, because labor laws vary so much from one country to another that it's near-impossible to recruit globally otherwise (which is why it's still uncommon even though most jobs can now be done remotely).
    3) As is standard for any self-employed person, the stated pay is the entire compensation package. Because they are not employees, each contractor is responsible for handling the things that an employer would take care of e.g. taxes, equipment, vacation time, health insurance. One of the major reasons that Crossover jobs pay so much more than local jobs is to overcompensate for these costs.
    It's hard, but it's worth it!
