 The Auditing and Commissions Specialist is responsible for collecting commissions data from carriers, reviewing for accuracy, formatting and loading the data into various systems, reporting and reconciling the loaded data and coding revenue received for entry into the general ledger. Overview Of Responsibilities <ul><li>Commission statement duties:</li><ul><li>Administer spreadsheet of all carrier portals and websites and corresponding password and login information for each.</li><li>Using daily EFT download from the bank and check deposit data identify commissions received.</li><li>Download/account for all commission statements from carrier portals, efaxes, emails and US mail, making sure they are electronically saved to the proper directory.</li><li>Investigate missing or unidentified statements</li><li>Prepare, load and track commission statements into Stateable database system</li><li>Communicate with carrier representatives regarding missing statements</li><li>Work with outside vendor when issues or errors occur with Stateable system</li><li>Track open help tickets status </li></ul></ul><li>Revenue coding duties:</li><ul><li>Download carrier statements</li><li>Using daily EFT download from the bank and check deposit data identify commissions received.</li><li>Download/account for all commission statements, making sure they are electronically saved to the proper directory.</li><li>Upload all statements into Stateable system</li><li>Run reporting from Tableau on commission statement data</li><li>Code commission statements by branch/group size/product.</li><li>Enter commissions received into the general ledger.</li><li>Assist with special projects as assigned </li></ul>Additional Skills And Requirements <ul><li>Minimum of a High School Diploma, GED or equivalent.</li><li>Excellent customer service skills.</li><li>Excellent written and oral communications skills.</li><li>Ability to prioritize work effectively.</li><li>Ability to work independently and as part of a team.</li><li>Ability to be an analytical thinker with attention to detail. </li><li>The ability to think objectively and demonstrate sound judgement.</li><li>Strong ethical standards with high level of integrity.</li><li>Ability to coordinate with computer programmers and work through system logic.</li><li>Computer literacy with proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite and emphasis on advanced Excel (pivot tables, v-lookups).</li><li>Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics GP, GAIT and ICM a plus.</li><li>Ability to site for long periods of time, lift a minimum of 5 lbs, file, stand, bend, reach, pull. </li></ul>Compensation <ul><li>Hourly Range: $32.00 - $38.00 per hour. </li><li>Actual compensation may vary from posting based on work experience, education, and/or skill level.</li><li>* The hourly or salary range is the range Warner Pacific in good faith believes is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting.
