What We Are Looking For
We are hiring an Associate Sales Executive to join our US sales team. This is a high-impact role designed for fresh graduates who are eager to kick-start their career in sales and business development while directly contributing to the company’s global growth. In this role, you will:
- Support new business generation by identifying and researching potential clients in the US market.
- Conduct outreach via calls, emails, networking events, and LinkedIn to generate leads.
- Schedule meetings and introductory calls with prospective clients alongside senior sales leaders.
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and lead-nurturing activities.
- Build an understanding of IT services and digital transformation solutions to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions in the CRM.
- Participate in training and mentorship sessions to develop strong sales skills.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Strong interest in sales, business development, and technology-driven industries.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to learn.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Prior internship or project experience in sales/marketing is a plus (but not mandatory).
