- Process and resolve customer complaints related to product sales in a timely and efficient manner.
- Follow up on complex customer cases when needed to ensure complete resolution.
- Accurately record and update customer interactions, feedback, and actions taken in the CRM system.
- Track and follow up on customer orders, ensuring timely and accurate delivery.
- Ensure a smooth and satisfying customer journey from start to finish.
- Maintain punctuality and respect work schedules and deadlines.
