- Consolidation of targets and plans:
- Monthly targets by KPIs
- Long-Term plans
- Support in new model launches:
- Contribution to the preparation of commercial materials and standards
- Assistance in organization of internal events (National Sales Companies gathering, presentations to B2B stakeholders…)
