    The Role

    As an Administration Apprentice, you'll have the opportunity to learn and grow alongside industry professionals. You'll play a vital role in supporting the smooth operation of our London office. We will support you through a Level 3 apprenticeship administration qualification with further opportunities to earn additional qualifications once completed.

    Your Responsibilities Will Include

    • Assisting with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document management.
    • Handling phone calls and emails, providing excellent customer service to clients and colleagues.
    • Supporting the Contract Managers in contacting customers, managing schedules, and organising events.
    • Gaining hands-on experience with various office software and systems.

    What We're Looking For

    We're on the lookout for a dedicated individual who is eager to learn and develop their skills in administration. The ideal candidate will:

    • Have a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
    • Be willing to learn and take on new challenges.
    • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Be proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
    • Have a level 4 or equivalent in GCSE Maths & English.

    Salary: £17,000 - £21,000pa - Rising to the Real Living Wage following completion of your apprenticeship.

    Start Date: We can offer flexibility on start dates to factor in upcoming exams or notice periods of your current employer.
