Founded in 2001 by United States Army LTG (Ret) Joe N. Ballard, The Ravens Group has been awarded hundreds of Federal contracts, providing Professional Development, Health and Human Services, Cyber/IT and Business Process Improvement services worldwide. Corporate headquarters are located just outside of Washington, DC in Annapolis, Maryland.
