In 1974, OCPH entered its first Joint Venture with Henkel KGaA with the establishment of Henkel Lebanon that extended starting 2002 to the Levant region.

In 1979, OCPH’s continuous dynamic drive led to the launch of its global brand Al Wadi Al Akhdar.

In 1998, OCPH span off its logistics activities and created Logistica, today a third party provider of full logistics services.
