Role And Responsibilities
- Unterstützung im Gebäudemanagement mit Fokus auf die allgemeine Verwaltung.
- Kommunikation und Koordination mit den zuständigen Dienstleistern für die Gebäudeinstandhaltung.
- Beschaffung, Inventarpflege und Recycling von Betriebsmitteln wie Notebooks oder Handys.
- Unterstützung bei der Optimierung der Flächennutzung für eine effiziente und angenehme Arbeitsumgebung.
- Mitwirkung bei der Organisation interner Veranstaltungen.
- Allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten im Facility-Management-Bereich.
Das bringst Du mit:
- Interesse an Gebäudemanagement, Verwaltung und organisatorischen Prozessen.
- Kommunikationsstärke und strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
- An einer Münchner Uni oder Hochschule immatrikuliert bist.
- Eine Affinität zu Technik, Immobilien und Nachhaltigkeit hast, vielleicht sogar Erfahrung in einem technischen Arbeitsumfeld.
- Gerne dafür sorgst, dass alles funktioniert und in dynamischen Situationen Ruhe bewahrst.
- Gutes Englisch und Deutsch sprichst. Bei unserer überwiegend internationalen Belegschaft brauchst Du gute Sprachkenntnisse.
- Die MS Office Tools, insbesondere Excel, gut beherrschst.
- Gerne im Team arbeitest und Teamplay für dich selbstverständlich ist.
- Idealerweise einen Führerschein der Klasse B und gute Fahrerfahrung hast.
- Neugierig auf andere Kulturen bist und gerne neue Dinge dazu lernst - jeden Tag.
