Requirements

Video Production:

• Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines
• Lead video production projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely delivery
  
  

Camera Operation and Cinematography:

• Operate various video and camera equipment proficiently to capture dynamic and visually compelling footage
• Utilize strong cinematography skills to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of the videos
  
  

Editing and Post-Production:

• Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and engaging video content
• Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistency and high-quality output
  
  

Team Collaboration:

• Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life
• Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
  
  

Technical Proficiency:

• Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography
• Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of video production
  
  

Qualifications:

• Preferably BS degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience
• Work experience as a Videographer and Editor
• Minimum 1-3 years' prior experience in any production house or channel
• Experience working on using professional cameras, editing suites, and basic lighting
• Detailed and highly organized with a strong sense of prioritization
• A creative and innovative thinker and planner who goes above and beyond for the love of art and craft
• Excellent knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite or Apple Final Cut Pro X
