Requirements
Video Production:
- Conceptualize, plan, and execute high-quality video content that aligns with client objectives and brand guidelines
- Lead video production projects from pre-production to post-production, ensuring a seamless workflow and timely delivery
- Operate various video and camera equipment proficiently to capture dynamic and visually compelling footage
- Utilize strong cinematography skills to enhance the storytelling and visual impact of the videos
- Edit and enhance raw footage to create polished and engaging video content
- Collaborate with the editing team to ensure consistency and high-quality output
- Work closely with creative directors, producers, and other team members to bring creative concepts to life
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in videography
- Troubleshoot technical issues and implement solutions to maintain a high standard of video production
- Preferably BS degree in Film Studies, Cinematography, Digital Media Production, or equivalent experience
- Work experience as a Videographer and Editor
- Minimum 1-3 years' prior experience in any production house or channel
- Experience working on using professional cameras, editing suites, and basic lighting
- Detailed and highly organized with a strong sense of prioritization
- A creative and innovative thinker and planner who goes above and beyond for the love of art and craft
- Excellent knowledge in using Adobe Creative Suite or Apple Final Cut Pro X
