We are seeking a detail-oriented Vehicle Advertiser to join our team at GTA Cars in Dubai, UAE. As a Vehicle Advertiser, you will be responsible for entering our car information into our GTA Cars website and online car marketplaces such as Dubizzle and Dubicars, ensuring accuracy and completeness of the information provided.
Responsibilities:
- Enter data accurately and efficiently in GTA Cars website and online car marketplaces.
- Check and verify the accuracy and completeness of the information entered.
- Review and edit data entries for accuracy and completeness.
- Identify and report any data discrepancies or errors to the management.
- Maintain data confidentiality and security at all times.
- Adhere to data entry and quality control procedures and guidelines.
- Work closely with other departments to ensure the timely and accurate completion of data entry tasks.
- Assist in other administrative tasks as needed.
Requirements:
- Knowledge in Cars is essential
- Proven experience as a Data Entry Executive or similar role.
- Excellent typing skills with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficient in using computer programs and applications, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google Docs.
- Familiarity with online car marketplaces is a plus.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Good time-management skills and ability to meet deadlines.
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification.
