About the Job
Join our Markets and Trading team as a key player in monitoring and managing trading systems on a centralized crypto exchange. You will ensure market integrity, facilitate smooth trade execution, and oversee market activities. This role involves real-time system monitoring, issue escalation, and daily reporting in English, alongside other operations-related duties.
Key Responsibilities:
System Monitoring & Trade Execution Oversight
- Monitor real-time market performance, including order books, execution engines, and user trade flows.
- Ensure accurate and timely internal risk coverage.
- Detect and track trading anomalies.
- Prepare and distribute daily operational reports covering system health, trading activity, anomalies, and key metrics.
- Coordinate with trading, risk, and engineering teams for system maintenance, updates, and incident resolution.
- Contribute to post-incident analysis and the continuous improvement of system monitoring processes.
- Participate in market operation tasks such as trading schedule updates, pair listings, and liquidity checks.
- Support system testing prior to major releases or feature launches.
- Proactively recommend improvements to automation and monitoring tools.
- 1–3 years of experience in crypto trading, market operations, or exchange system monitoring.
- Working knowledge of centralized exchange market structures, including order books, matching engines, and margin systems.
- Understanding of crypto spot and derivatives (futures/perpetuals) products.
- Professional English communication skills (verbal & written), with the ability to write clear incident reports and team updates.
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on system and trade accuracy.
- Calm and decisive under pressure, especially during volatile market events or system incidents.
- Self-driven, with a problem-solving mindset and a passion for improving systems.
- Collaborative team player who works effectively with trading, risk, and technology teams.
